At BFuture, we take great care in ensuring the quality and integrity of every product we deliver. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or face any issues with your order, our Returns & Refund Policy is here to help you.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Product Delivered – You received a product different from what you ordered.

  2. Damaged or Defective Product – The product is broken, leaking, expired, or otherwise defective.

  3. Missing Product – You received an incomplete order.

  4. Product not as described – The item significantly differs from what was shown online.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with due to hygiene and safety concerns (especially for personal care and home care products).

Return Window

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Any requests beyond this window will not be entertained unless covered under manufacturing defects.

How to Initiate a Return

You can raise a return request by contacting our customer care team through:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for Return

  • Product images (if damaged/incorrect)

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup at no additional cost (if eligible).

Return Approval & Process

  1. Inspection – Our team will verify the return request and examine any images provided.

  2. Pickup Scheduling – Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled via our courier partners.

  3. Product Condition – Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and sealed.

Products that do not pass inspection may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.

Refund Options:

  • Original Payment Mode – UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.

  • Store Credit/Coupon – As per your preference (for quicker future use)

Refund Timelines:

  • 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned product.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

Replacement Policy

  • You may request a free replacement for eligible cases (damaged/defective/wrong item).

  • Replacement will be processed within 2-3 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Customized products (with personal scent/nectar preferences)

  • Items on clearance/sale unless defective

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery.
