At BFuture, we are committed to delivering your 100% natural wellness and personal care products quickly, safely, and responsibly. This policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery of your orders for a seamless experience. 

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across India via our trusted logistics partners, covering all major cities, towns, and even remote areas.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping. For bulk or international orders, please contact our support team.

Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.

     

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

     

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off may be processed the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, weather conditions, or national holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders above ₹499. (check and confirm)

     

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.

    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the checkout before payment.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

     

  • You can track the status of your shipment in real time via the provided link.

     

Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packaged using secure, eco-friendly, and tamper-proof materials to ensure safety and hygiene.

     

  • Liquids and fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and leak-proof packaging to avoid damage in transit.

     

Missed Deliveries & Re-attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to 2 re-attempts if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.(check & confirm)

     

  • In case of further failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery will be chargeable.

     

Change of Shipping Address

  • You can request a change in the shipping address before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team.

     

  • Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

     

Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete contact information, or refusal to accept, we will reach out to reschedule delivery.

     

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for such cases.

     

Delays Due to Forced Events 

BFuture is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

     

  • Political unrest or government regulations

     

  • Pandemic-related restrictions

     

  • Third-party logistics disruptions
